Have you ever wondered how the Valentine’s Day Cards came to be? What the romantic love history of the Valentine greeting card, if indeed one existed? Well, it looks like our beloved Valentine’s Day Cards DO have a history all their own!

As a child, I loved creating my own Valentine's Day Cards with Cupid and his bow and arrow. I’m sure they looked terrible, but I thought they were beautiful and very romantic with little love poems such as:

Roses are red, violets are blue, and you have a nose like a B-52! How romantic, huh?!
