Dark Creme de Cacao
Kahlua, Vodka
Chocolate syrup
3 Scoops of Chocolate Ice Cream
Blend & Garnish
with whipped cream
and a Cherry

Chocolate Chip Cocktail
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Frangelico
1 Cocktail Glass Serving
Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes.
Pour all ingredients
into shaker and shake well.
Strain drink into a Cocktail glass

Chocolate Almond Kisses Cocktail
0.5 oz. Brown Creme de Cacao
0.5 oz. Frangelico
0.5 oz. Absolut Vodka
6 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream
Drink Type: Blended & Frozen Drinks
1 Coupette Glass Serving
Combine liquor with 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Blend with ice and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.

Chocolate Coffee Kiss Cocktail
3/4 oz. coffee liqueur
3/4 oz. Irish cream
1 splash brown creme de cacao
1 splash Grand Marnier
1 1/2 oz. chocolate syrup
Hot coffee
Top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and a cherry.

Chocolate Crème Liqueur
1 14 ounce Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 cup light cream
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons instant coffee crystals
1 beaten egg yolk
1 cup Irish whiskey
1/3 cup rum
1 tablespoon chocolate extract or 2 tablespoons chocolate flavored syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
In a heavy saucepan combine sweetened condensed milk, light cream, milk, and instant coffee crystals. Cook and stir over medium heat till coffee crystals are dissolved. Gradually stir about half of the hot mixture into saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes more. Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the Irish whiskey, rum, chocolate extract or chocolate flavored syrup, and vanilla. Cool. Transfer the mixture to a bottle or jar with a tight fitting lid; chill several hours or overnight. Shake well before serving. If desired, serve in Chocolate Cups. Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 2 months. This recipe makes about 4 ½ cups.

Cocktail recepe for Chocolate Grasshoppers
1 pint chocolate ice cream (2 cups)
¼ cup white crème de menthe
¼ cup crème de cacao
Whipped cream
Combine chocolate ice cream, crème de menthe, and crème de cacao in a blender container. Cover and blend just till smooth. Pour into 4 glasses. Dollop each with whipped cream. Makes 4 5-ounce cocktails.

Chocolate Strawberry Hot Drinks
1 oz Tequila Rose
1/2 oz Chocolate Liqueur
6 oz Hot Coffee
1 Irish Coffee Cup Serving
Blend together & serve in
coffee mug. Top with a dollop
of whipped cream.

Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Delight
1 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
1 1/2 oz Chambord
1 Cordial Glass Serving
Serve on ice or blend
for a milk shake effect.

6 oz milk chocolate
1 oz Rum
1 Irish Coffee Cup Serving
Serve in coffee mug
